  13. By receiving and/or using Green Parrots' software, 
  14. you accept the following Evaluation and Registered 
  15. User Agreement. This agreement is a binding legal 
  16. agreement between Green Parrots Software and the
  17. purchasers, users or evaluators of Green Parrots'
  18. software and products.

  20. IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO HONOR THIS AGREEMENT, 
  21. TERMINATE THE SOFTWARE INSTALLATION NOW.

  23. Evaluation (Unregistered) and Registered User Agreement

  26. You may evaluate the Shareware program for maximum of 
  27. thirty calendar days, after which you must register the
  28. program with Green Parrots Software or remove the 
  29. software from your computer.
  30.  
  31. You may allow other users to evaluate copies of the
  32. unregistered Shareware. All evaluation users are subject
  33. to the terms of this agreement.
  34.  
  35. The evaluator/user/buyer/owner is not allowed to attempt
  36. to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile Green
  37. Parrots' Software and products.
  38.  
  39. Green Parrots Software name and any logo or graphics
  40. file that represents our software may not be used in
  41. any way to promote products developed with our software.
  42. All parts of Green Parrots' software and products are
  43. copyright protected. No program, code, part, image, 
  44. video clip, audio sample, text or computer generated
  45. sequence of images may be copied or used in any way by
  46. the user except as intended within the bounds of the
  47. single user program.

  49. The evaluator/user/buyer/owner of Green Parrots'
  50. software will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend
  51. Green Parrots Software against lawsuits, claims, costs
  52. associated with defense or accusations that result from
  53. the use of Green Parrots' software.
  54.  
  55. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
  56. ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT
  57. NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF 
  58. MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  59. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF
  60. THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE
  61. DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY
  62. SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

  64. GREEN PARROTS SOFTWARE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
  65. DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF INFORMATION,
  66. INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR ANY
  67. DAMAGE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE WITHOUT LIMITATION,
  68. INCURRED BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE USE OF OUR
  69. PRODUCTS.

  71. Each registered copy of the Green Parrots' software may
  72. be used in only one single location by one user. Use of
  73. the software means that you have loaded the program and
  74. run it or have installed the program onto a computer. If
  75. you install the software onto a multi-user platform or
  76. network, each and every individual user of the software
  77. must be registered separately.
  78.  
  79. You may make one copy of the registered software for
  80. backup purposes, providing you only have one copy
  81. installed on one computer being used by one person.
  82. If any person other than yourself uses Green Parrots'
  83. software registered in your name, regardless of whether
  84. it is at the same time or different times, then this
  85. agreement is being violated!

  87. The sale of and/or distribution of registered copies
  88. of this software is strictly forbidden. It is a
  89. violation of this agreement to loan, rent, lease, borrow,
  90. or transfer the use of registered copies of Green
  91. Parrots' Software products.
  92.  
  93. Distribution
  94. ============

  96. This shareware software may be freely distributed,
  97. provided that:

  99.  1. Such distribution includes only the original archive
  100.     supplied by Green Parrots Software. You may not
  101.     alter, delete or add any files in the distribution
  102.     archive.

  104.  2. The distribution does not include any part of the
  105.     registered software, e.g. registration number, 
  106.     password, registered program etc.
  107.  
  108.  3. No money is charged to the person receiving the
  109.     software, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and
  110.     other overhead.
